This beautiful open mouth gag is made with 7/8 oz. premium grade leather It features a plastic mouth piece which has a 1-1/2″ inch inner diameter This inner diameter measurement is the correct size needed to put most private parts through. The outer diameter of the gag piece is Aproximately 1-7/8″.
